• Low phase noise (<-90 dBc at 1 KHz offset, 2 GHz) consistent with low data rate applications
• Internal 2.5ppm TCXO frequency reference (before calibration), or external 10 MHz frequency reference
• Half-duplex Tx/Rx switch time < 3µs
• Baseband interface: differential analog signal
• RF interfaces: 50 Ohm UMCC connectors for tx output, rx input, external 10 MHz frequency reference
• USB, SPI or LVTTL UART port for monitoring and control
• Only single +5VDC supply required. Connectorized 3”x 3” module for ease of prototyping
