COM-4410 [70 MHz - 2.2 GHz] 4-Channel Quadrature RF Modulators

KEY FEATURES

Four wideband quadrature modulators

• Modulators share a common low-phase noise RF frequency synthesizer
• Software tunable in the range 70 MHz – 2.2GHz by steps of 2.5 KHz or less
• Wideband modulation bandwidth: 500 MHz (1dB) / 50 MHz (0.1 dB)
• Output level: +2dBm
• RF synthesizer is locked onto an internal or higher-stability external 10 MHz frequency reference

Designed for MIMO applications

• Built-in output power detector for each channel
• Software-based calibration to equalize gains or output power levels on all four channels
• Additional calibration features in the COM-2802 digital-to-analog conversion to further reduce carrier leakeage and maximize image rejection

Other features:

• Automatic selection of internal / external 10 MHz frequency reference for the frequency synthesizer
• 8 preset frequencies for fast (<500us) frequency hopping

SMA connectors. Single 5V supply. Connectorized 3”x 3” module for ease of prototyping
